The water pressure seems weak than other bidet seats.

The product is designed to wash gently and softly, thus some users may feel weaker than other products.

Higher water pressure is not recommended as it may damage the anus.

How long is the power cord?

The power cord on the bidet seats is 1.3M long, and is located on the right side when you are facing the toilet.

How do I dry off?

After a wash, you can either pat dry with TP or a small dedicated towel (just as you would after a shower).

Trevi exclusively features a Warm air dryer. The dryer runs for 2 minutes per cycle and can be stopped at any time, or used multiple times in a row.

You can also adjust the dryer temperature.

Where does the water come from?

The bidet seats connect directly to your existing water line.

The provided T-valve is installed at the fill valve under the toilet tank.

Then the water supply hose is reconnected to the bottom of the T-valve.

The bidet hose is attached, diverting fresh water before it gets to the toilet tank.
